It is honestly simply great to have vegan options in a non-so-vegan-friendly city. they have a healthy option (the smoothie shell) and the rest is done by substituting regular meat and egg products with vegan alternatives. it's really quite expensive, but that can have to do with general anchorage prices.

Not a ton of vegan options on the menu, but I was impressed by their vegan scramble. They use impossible meat and the just egg so it was very good. They don’t have any vegan butter, but the jam is good. They are knowledgeable about veganism and happy to make dishes vegan which I appreciated a lot. Their lattes were also very good!
