Wendy's - Ancaster

Go to Wendy's on Highway 5 and 6. I usually get a number 7 with iced tea. You know you can never go wrong with a single cheese alone if you're in a rush before dinner. I would have to say Wendy's has one of the better french fries of the fast food chains.Food: 5/5

This Wendy’s is horrible. Bad service, bad manager. They like to understaff the store at all times. The workers could be quicker. But there used to getting treated horribly from their manager.Food: 1/5

This place is a joke. Everything is wrong , pop is water every time. Today we have paint all over our cups and it ended up on our car. How does this even happen ? Try to call and go figure nobody answers the phone .Food: 1/5

My go to Wendy's meal is chili and baked potato or Apple pecan salad. I had chili here which was watery and container was not very full. They use leftover burgers for the chili. Not impressed with this place.Food: 3/5

This Wendy's definitely needs a revamp on customer service and food handling. I ordered a combo for dine in and the staff threw the fries in the tray and the pop machine area is a hazard always wet floor and super slippery.Food: 2/5
