Red Hot Chilli Pepper,

I recently ordered a vegetarian dish at this restaurant. Every item, including the soup, was extremely salty to the point of being inedible. They claim it is Chinese cuisine, but the chef would benefit from attending a cooking school and receiving proper training in Chinese cooking techniques.

That was my second visit to the resturent. this time with my family. beautiful ambiente. this time I found exclusive parking. Chinese dishes are excellent. famous for Chinese, Thai cuisine. you can visit the family and have dinner with drink. schreiber. are polite. explains about the dishes very nice. total good experience.

I met up with my friend for drinks and dinner at a restaurant near Ganeshguri. The parking lot was a bit challenging due to the stout, but the restaurant and bar were nice. Despite there being a separate bar area, we chose to sit in the restaurant. The staff was polite and the food was excellent, especially the Chinese dishes. It was a lovely dining experience overall.

During my first visit to Guwahati with my family, we were looking for a good restaurant for lunch before heading to the zoo. Our driver recommended Red Hot Chilli Pepper at Ganeshguri, Guwahati. We took his suggestion and had the best lunch in Guwahati. For non-vegetarian lovers, this place is paradise. I must compliment Dipankar for his exceptional care during our meal. His attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. Despite ordering a variety of dishes and being in different moods, Dipankar handled everything brilliantly. He was patient and composed. I firmly believe that it is the warmth of hospitality that enhances the taste of food. We tried dishes like garlic sauce, lamb in pepper sauce, fried pork, fish pan, fried rice, eggs, chilli paneer, and they were all fantastic. I have been to this restaurant twice in a span of 1 week and that probably indicates that I loved it! The crackling chicken and the roasted pork were for me the highlights of the menu. They were recommendations by an extremely attentive but non...intrusive waiter and boy were the dishes spot on! We went on a weekday and the not so busy restaurant was a delight to spend time on. The cocktails are fine. The next time we went was on a weekend and because we ordered the same dishes I know for sure that they were not cooked by their main chef. Would recommend to eat here on a weekday for easy parking spots, better tables with a view and of course food cooked with more love.
