Mccormick Schmick's Grille - Anaheim

Please thank Anna for her excellent service. We had a great evening of dining because of her and the delicious food and drink she served us. Also, please thank Josh for his support to Anna. Because of these two and the hostess who sat us, we will be back to McCormick and Schmick's.

I had a disappointing experience at Anaheim McCormick Schmick 's. Our party of 8 ordered a dozen Royal Miyagi oysters, and we quickly realized some were bad. When we informed the manager, she claimed the chef found no issues with the remaining oysters and offered a discount on the check. It felt like she was calling us liars. While discussing the oysters, we asked if we could order since our server was nowhere to be found. The manager took our order without writing anything down. When one guest asked if she got everything correct, she confidently said yes. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, one meal was missing and took another 8 minutes to arrive, by which time most of us had finished eating. Dessert was another letdown. One dessert was delivered incorrectly, and it took 10 minutes to fix, leaving one guest without dessert while the rest of us finished ours. To top it off, the discount on the check was only for the 5 disturbed oysters, not the entire dozen we sent back. Overall, very poor customer service and an extremely disappointing experience.

Great service. Good food. We tried the chef's choices fish entries even though we are steak-lovers. The fish turned out to be really good, but we still prefer steak. It was nice to try fish nevertheless. The only thing I didn't like was that I wanted to use my birthday reward for $25, however, it turned out that it expired. Overall, though it was wonderful experience and our servers were very accommodating. Thank you.

Restaurant is lovely. Food and service was so-so. We arrived at 11:30.At opening. Restaurant was not busy at all. Server was polite but clearly something was on his mind. did not pay attention to order. Food: I ordered the chicken asian salad. Seems easy. Cabbage was brown and on bitter side. Not appealing at all. Could have had a better salad at fast food. I am sorry. I think quality has gone downhill at McCormick and Schmicks.

We arrived early for our reservation and the host accommodated our early arrival. The host provided the best seating for a private party of 2 on Father's Day. The presentation of the food was excellent. The portion sizes were good and the dessert was excellent. We really enjoyed our meal and we look forward to our next visit in the near future. Keep up the good work on customer satisfaction.
