Olive Garden Italian - Amherst

Today our server was Monica at the Maple Road location and she handled our large party EXCELLENTLY!! She was knowledgeable, friendly, and very efficient!!!! Thank you Monica for making our mom/grandma's birthday dinner so wonderful! The food was SUPERB!!! And your service was even better.

Always great food, my favourite item is the unlimited house salad! The fettuccine alfredo is one of the best I've tried. Prices are fair, and usually, you're in and our quickly.

From waking in the door to leaving it was absolutely horrible,Our Waitress was extremely rudeThe 1 hour wait at the table for drinks and appetizers should of been the 1st sign to just leaveThe food was horrible2.5 hours and 200$ laterMultiple complaints and not one manager came to the tableThe table next to ours had the same issues and again no management came

We were served by Molly and she was such a delight. Her energy is infectious and she’s a real asset to this location.

I ordered Olive Garden for my family for Valentine’s Day. I walked in, said “Hello” to the girl at the hostess station; I get ignored. I pick up my order from the take out area, no friendly greeting. I then open up my dinner which was the shrimp scampi. Angel hair pasta was overcooked, I got 3 pieces of shrimp, tomatoes were thrown at the bottom, maybe less than 1/4 cup. The worst part is that the asparagus. I got only the end part of the vegetable and they were the size of a toothpick; extremely disappointed. I didn’t have the energy to call; I will probably never order food from Olive Garden again.
