Amherst Coffee is by far the best bar in Amherst. The cocktails are creative and well-thought out, the vibe is immaculate (incandescent/candlelit with lots of wood), and the service is personable and open. They could stand on their own in Boston, but in Amherst they stand out and are still 10-20% cheaper than they would be two hours East. Also, the coffee is excellent. Service: Dine in
