Panchero's Mexican Grill - Ames

First time customer/carry out order ... Decided to finally try Pancheros and I 'm glad we did. I 'm sure the chain gets compared to Chiptole a lot and there 's some good/not so good differences. The flavors are very different, but all of our bowls were really tasty! I love how there 's jalapeños as an option. Still many options of meat, and grilled veggies (must have) the size of the bowls were on the smaller size compared to Chipotle, and that 's not a nit pick the actual bowl it 's served in was smaller. I enjoyed the blue corn chips. But the bag is smaller as well, almost all the chips were broken, but still big enough to scoop salsa.

Honestly worst experience ever the shift lead at this location was yelling at the employees the employee serving me was already under a lot of stress she kept giving me and my friends attitude and gave me uncooked shrimp

I ordered online pickup and they had my receipt and inside the bag order correct- but it was not my my burrito at all. Im just thinking how could they go past 2/3 receipts and not get it right?

All I have to say is save your money listen to the rest of the reviews.. Really bad..

All the workers were extremely obviously high and rude. The worker by the name of Aaron helping me obviously did not want to be helping me and when I asked for chips and queso he gave me the queso and walked away scoffing and that's when I had to call after him and ask for my chips and he rolled his eyes at me as if he hadn't just paid for it and came back and threw them in by bag.
