Drunken Oyster - Amarillo

A large group of us gathered to celebrate my best friend's birthday at this restaurant. The server was outstanding - he was delightful, funny, and kept us entertained. The highlight of the evening was when I mentioned a salad I had seen in a photo on social media, even though it wasn't on the menu anymore. The server went above and beyond by having the kitchen make it specially for me. This kind of customer service is top-notch. Everyone enjoyed their meals and I would definitely give this place a 5-star rating!

This restaurant is absolutely beautiful. The staff is friendly and provides awesome customer service. On my first visit, I didn't feel like just a customer - I felt like part of the family. Andrea Jackson is truly the best, very knowledgeable and gave me the best service I have ever experienced in Amarillo. Thank you to The Drunken Oyster and a special thank you to Andrea!

I had heard that the menu was overpriced but my husband made me go. Thank God that he did. I received more food than the commercial seafood place in town and it was to die for and actually was not as expensive and it is fresh! I cannot wait to go back. Overpriced, no. Small portions, no. Wonderful food, yes. We each ate a different entree. I had the lobster Mac and it was soooo good. My husband had the fish and chips and could not eat it all because there was so much food. And it was wonderful! And my daughter had the shrimp and sausage linguini. She is very picky and loved it. We will go back!

The fondue and steamers were excellent. Could have made a meal of just that! We were there celebrating my Uncle’s bday. I had been in NOLA last weekend and this place was as good as any place I ate there. Cajun French and I highly recommend it!

We had the best time here .. we started with the gator bites which were phenomenal!! I got the bottomless mimosas and the Sausage Hash .. my boyfriend got the oysters and waffles. The food was perfection and great sized proportions. Our waitress Anita was amazing .. she was personable and efficient! I can't wait to go back!
