Le Clos Bertrand - Allos

Years ago very disappointed, and pleasantly surprised this year. The owner probably changed. Quick service, very correct dishes, very friendly waitress and small waitress. all ingredients are gathered to spend a pleasant time on the slopes. The only dish is the lack of snow! But good! The proprios are for nothing. I'll be right back.

The service here is just terrible. We were soaked and frozen, just wantd to get something hot. Althrough there was just a few people in the bar, we even wasn't able to place an order. The service was ignoring all our requests for over 40 min. Nobody came to us. They were too busy chating with their friends. If this is level of service in France than next time I'm going snowboarding to Italy or Austria :

Le personnel est accueillant et souriant! Nous avons mangé deux fois en terrasse extérieure cette semaine et c'était vraiment bon malgré les prix légèrement élevés (environ 20 euros le plat) avec en prime une magnifique vue sur les pistes! Je recommande vivement.

A place to advise with child: fast and caring service, booster, change table and joujou tray to wait. rather rare mountain ala to emphasize it! a service for small care, welcoming staff and efficient kitchen for the lunch break and a high location
