Pizza Hut - Alliance

Bryson was an amazing waiter! He had our order written down correctly and recited it back to us to make sure it was correct. The kitchen on the other hand was absolutely awful. We ended up Sending a pizza back 3 times because it was made wrong.... all the pizza was a large pepperoni sausage stuffed crust. We also received the table next to us food instead of our own pizza. We arrived at 6:30 and did not get done until 8:15pm. Absolutely ridiculous and uncalled for.

My dad orders from them frequently because he likes taco pizza. However, it rarely arrives correct. And they get really pissy when you want a new one delivered, and tell you, you can come exchange it at the store, after waiting an hour and a half for delivery. No thank you.

This place has gone downhill severely. My orders are never right. One time, I ordered a large two topping on hand-tossed with beef and bacon, second pizza was a large thin with pepperoni and olives and light sauce. I got two of the pepperoni with extra sauce on both. They 've always got excuses why this is wrong or it 's taking forever. A lot of times, they flat out ignore you. Alliance Pizza Hut will never get another cent from me. They never try to make it right. At best, you get told to suck it up, buttercup. What you get is what you get and don 't throw a fit.

Because the service is terrible, the people that work there are so freaking rude!!! So DO NOT GO TO GO THE ALLIANCE PIZZA HUT!!!!

While I applaud them for delivering the pizza on time, I do wish that maybe they would deliver the pizza flat rather than on end with the pizza slid to one end and folded up like a calzone.
