Gionino's Pizzeria - Alliance

I've always been a fan, recently I have noticed the crust has been a bit thinner. Making the pizza that was already great, even better!

The service is rude and the delivery is around an hour and a half and I live 2 blocks away. The food has also gone downhill. So sad that this place used to be my favorite. Won't go back

Not a good experience waited close to an hour and did NOT get hot food ? potatoes were not crisp and chicken dry and not hot I called and let them know about it and the manager said she remembered me and said there was nothing she could do for me so that's that but I let her know she knows what she gave me and so do I !!!! I was given food that was already sitting there if I wanted that I would have went to KFC ?

I never write reviews but i had to today. The girl who took my order was awesome. She was so friendly. I wish I knew her name. I've been coming here for a long time now and I have to say tonight this place looked amazing so clean and organized. Oh yea the food was great too.

The food is great, if I ever can actually order. Every time I try to order the line is busy, no matter how many times I try. If once in a blue moon I get through I get put on hold and forgotten about.
