Starbucks - Allen

Staff is so rude here. They got my order wrong and like slammed the containers around in a visible show of their displeasure with me kindly requesting to have my drink remade. This is not first experience but it will be my last. After speaking with the manager, they were pretty aloof and unapologetic. Things are too expensive to be nickled and dimed and then treated rudely.

When you order a drink with light ice and dont leave a tip, they give you extra ice and leave out ingredients and water down the drink. ordered a paradise drink with light ice, got full ice and no fruit pieces.

I switched back to starbucks about 6 months ago just solely based off the customer service at this location. I love using the mobile order as i'm headed to work in the morning and they are always so quick! Every worker i have encountered here has been so sweet but specifically Randy and Karen go out of their way with enthusiasm and kindness every single order. Love love love this location and their team. My coffee is also always made to perfection and their point system is such a great perk!

I visit this Starbucks pretty often. The baristas are friendly and pretty consistent in getting orders right, but the service is pretty slow compared to other Starbucks stores in the area. There have also been a couple of times where I ordered ahead on the app but got to the store and had to get a refund because the item was sold out.

Love my favorite drink...Strawberry Acai Refresher with Mango Dragonfruit as the base!
