Hatchers On Target Bbq - Alcoa

I don't usually have high expectations for BBQ on a weekday but this was excellent. We both had good meats and sides. Definitely worth the 5mins out of the drive. Thanks for your service!!

This was the first place we stopped fresh off our plane from Texas and it did not disappoint! Everything was absolutely delicious. We got the slider trio, fries, okra, mac n cheese, potato salad and the hush puppies and it was AMAZING! We also had the pleasure of speaking with the owner and she made us feel like we were family. If you are ever in Alcoa, Hatchers is a MUST!

The food is Soo good the service is amazing. Dave his wife are such great people with good hearts. We eat there a lot don't have not 1 complaint.

Fantastic BBQ! I would post a pic but I ate it too quick : Wonderful owners too loved hearing how their business got started. I got the brisket meal with mac cheese and hushpuppies and all was delish!

If you haven't had Hatcher's before, it is a must try! I love their Brisket and fried pickle fries. Their in-house made sauces are incredible too!
