KFC - Albury

The service at this restaurant was fantastic and they accommodated my request for a burger without mayonnaise. The wait for food on a Friday night may be a bit longer, but the meals are filling and satisfying. I especially enjoyed the new combination of cabbage and lettuce and hope it remains on the menu.

KFC is a place that we normally (about 2-3 times a year) would have takeaway. No Oliver’s to be found in Albury, their website is appalling, KFC was an option. Food was good, service also, but the entire place right from the front steps was shabby and the toilet areas were run down and quite grubby. Owner/franchisee take note!!!!!

Staying Albury for night wanted quick fed then to room for sleep. Drive thru very busy still went thru very quickly, order correct, and tasted good for a KFC. Not often find a good one. Well done

Soooo.. once again bowing to pressure from the kids I go through the KFC drive through at Albury and after many, many incorrect orders.. check the bag and all seems there.. Until we get home and find the stacker zinger burger we ordered only has once piece of chicken in it ! So I calm and apparently can't speak to the manager, but after being questioned seven different ways from Sunday as to where the burger was bought and when (and am I sure it was in Albury???? despite the fact I have the receipt with the order number and time which i yell them to begin with.. the disinterested youth on the other end of phone tells me they will give me a $15 voucher for my trouble which seems reasonable. He then takes my details and says I will be emailed a confirmation email within an hour with the voucher details. So.. 4 days later and no email and if course no voucher. Out of the last 10 times I have used the drive through at Albury KFC they have managed to miss something or get it wrong at least 7 times. Don't use, them go anywhere else.. you have a better chance of getting your actual order or even better what you actually paid for !!!

I have been to many restaurants, but this one was definitely better than some. The staff was friendly and the service was excellent. I didn't have to wait long, and they even remembered the little details like providing napkins and spoon sauces.
