Neighbors Westside Grill - Albuquerque

My wife and I wanted to try someplace new and this place was awesome!The hostess greeted us and very attentive. We decided to sit at the bar and Turpin was awesome and genuine! He was knowledgeable in tequilas and he built a good rapport with us!We ordered the green chile cheese tater tots and were delicious as they sound. Turpin recommended the Diablo sauce because we asked for something spicier and it did it's job. Enjoyed the sweat and flavor ;)Thanks for the great experience and Turpin, thanks for running my left behind debit card out to the car when we were leaving.Will be back most definitely.Thanks all! Love this place. They have almost 100 beers on tap. The bartenders are wonderful and the food is great. There is nothing I dislike about Neighbors.

My green chili cheeseburger was a grade above average here in New Mexico that's saying something. For my side I chose the side salad blue cheese dressing which was better than expected, it looked great the taste matched it's presentation. The service was good, we were seated quickly although our waiter took a few extra tick's to arrive, in his defense we were there on a late Friday afternoon the place was busy. In short, our waiter was friendly his service was absolutely passable. My Wife I have eaten here 5-6 time's in the past I recommend this Neighborhood type sport's bar/eatery to anyone who is looking for such a place to enjoy a good meal, with good service, decent surroundings, as it has been consistently good every single time we've eaten there! They also have outdoor dining on a good sized patio, where they allow your pet to dine with you, providing Rover is well behaved I assume.Kid-friendliness: Our children are adults now, but every time we've gone there, there have been folk's with their younger children in-tow all seemed to be enjoying themselves, even the parents! LOL!Parking: Decent sized parking lot, with a ton of street parking available then only a short walk best guess, 50ft-150ft, nearest to furthest to the front door.

Overpriced food that, even if it were cheaper, is medicore. Spend less money on better food elsewhere.Gets two stars because I didn't spit my food out and haven't gotten food poisoning (yet).Edit: Changed my review to one star because I threw up and had diarhea all night. DO NOT EAT THE FOOD HERE.

Usually food is really good here but to was really lacking today... the fries were super soggy and the Brussel sprouts were cold in the center and missing the balsamic glaze it usually has.
