East Coast Wings Grill - Albemarle

Nice place friendly people. Food took longer than I thought it should have. I could have just been hungry. Will go again. I enjoyed the buffalo chicken salad.

My man chose ecw for his father? dinner. we said it was a 10-minute waiting period, although there are many tables open. we waited for the host for over ten minutes. when she did, she sat a party of 2, which just went into a 4-seater table. when she passed us, she said?oh I'm coming back and sitting down later... unnecessarily saying we left. Serious customer service through her hostess. to the luck el ranchito had spectacular service and sat immediately. they save their time and go somewhere else. I tried to contact the manager to make him aware. of 10 phone calls were 9 busy and 1 went jo voicemail.

Service constantly declining imo. lady on the phone, which took order, was completely uninterested. then, when I took the order, it was wrong. she said it was very fast to fix it. 25 minutes later I got my order. the food is in the average. they really need to do it with better service or better well. preferably both.

No great experience. We sat fast and received our drinks, apps and meals for the children (which we asked to come out with apps), but our good experience ended there. We waited for an hour for our food (3 adults), in fact the children were made with their food and the waitress asked if we needed the check before we even got our food! We got our food after another 15 minutes, but we gave it up, paid and left. The food was still good, but service and waiting were terrible.

The store has a clean appearance and nice atmosphere. I was concerned when I entered and saw the huge now hiring banner and the hostess telling us she was ready to go home and she just got there that service would be poor, but our server rocked. For 6 adult males needing something every time she came by, she really knocked it out. The food was decent. The highlite was a Buffalo shrimp appetizer. The wings were OK. Although our table only tried 5 of the 60 flavors. The loaded tater tots were cooked well and had a good cheese and bacon ratio. The Flatbread was cooked well and had ample toppings. Overall, it was a little above average on price, especially the wings.
