Loafer's Station - Albany

The food is excellent. It took quite a while to get it after we ordered. The interior was really loud.

Waited an hour for our food. Had steak and no salad or soup to go with it on the menu. After we were finished we concluded for the price we could eat a better steak at home. Staff was friendly. Had a comforting fire place.

Either understaffed today or just way too busy for the number of staff working. Katy did a good job, though, but I could tell she was tired. The colossal cheese sticks were wonderful as always and I was not disappointed in my

Very pleasant environment. Dinner was very good. Prime rib was good, wish I had ordered it medium rare instead of medium well but still delicious

The night we were there was extremely busy and they needed a better kitchen management meaning someone to QB the orders coming in. We waited for 90 minutes for our food. Which was very good. Our appetizer never made it but we will be back just not on a busy night. They did give us a 10% discount for being late and the manager did apologize.
