Arrived 1:15 P.M. lobby was open and empty. Truly amazing a fast food lobby was open. I ordered a sack full, fries and drinks. Excellent experience.

White castles is better. The favor was lacking. The sandwiches where dry. Never again

Worst experience with Krystal 's by far!! I ordered my two year old Krystal burgers with cheese and just mayo with a small fry!! While I 'm placing an order the person taking the order kept cutting me off and asking IS THAT ALL?! multiple times!! So it 's no wonder I didn 't get the fries for my two year old who loves them!! The incompetence, rudeness, and unprofessionalism is outstanding!! Quit cutting off the customer and actually listen to the order!!!! You will know when that 's all!!

I need to quickly get off my plate because it's so delicious and crispy!
