Chipotle - Alameda

Burrito was super cold and one of the burritos did not inlcuded meat it was just veggies and it was sup To have two meats only good thingabout this order was the chips and wacamole

I ordered a burrito with black beans and brown rice, but unfortunately, there were none inside. Additionally, the tortilla was rubbery.

Chipotle is not what it used to be. In recent times, the quality has decreased. Despite giving them multiple chances, there always seems to be an issue. On my most recent visit, the chips were stale and the queso was lumpy. While I try not to be too particular, spending $10 on a large chips and queso should be worth it. My son's kids quesadilla was a disappointment as well, with half of it sticking to the foil it was wrapped in. The pinto beans, which used to be a favorite, are now too mushy and resemble refried beans. I typically don't leave negative reviews, but Chipotle please bring back the old quality.

I have consistently been given the incorrect order at this restaurant. This marks the third time I have received the wrong order.
