Pizza Hut - Alabaster

Pizza Hut Alabaster is really a joke. I've never had a good experience with them. They're always late. I've had pizza delivered twice that looked like the box was shaken and the pizza looked like a ball of crumbled paper. Both times this happened they said sorry and didn't offer a refund or to bring another pizza. The bread is always under cooked. At the moment I'm waiting on a order that's 45 minutes late so far. Order from Domino's and you'll be better off.

The workers are outgoing. Very knowledgeable of their menu and deals that are being offered.

Pizza is great, however customer service is not so good. The girl at the cash register (Ashley Tatum) was not friendly at all, she didn?t greet me. I said ?Hey how are you?? she didn?t say anything. My order was ?ready? on the screen but she told me I had to wait because it wasn?t ready. She just looked like she?d rather be somewhere else. No smiles, etc.

The 5 dollar deal is pretty good. I ordered pizza, garlic knots, and wings. Guy behind counter brought me pizza and knots. I told him I also had wings. He didn't look happy. He threw some wings in a container and shook them for maybe 5 seconds. There was no garlic parmesan sauce on the wings.

Wow...Pizza Hut has really gone downhill. Need new management. Spent 30.00 on 2 pizzas and I could have gone somewhere else and received good pizza for that price. We ordered the BBQ pizza and have been getting it for years. It has always been good but this was dry, hardly any sauce and they forgot the cheese. Worst pizza ever. Pizza Hut has lost my business....it and because it used to be a great pizza place.
