Olive Garden Italian - Alabaster

Big waiter had not waitfast service once sittingnot like the fact that reviewing on eating online via small computer on table that I thought was for entertaining little children (5 yr old grandson lived it.) we always pay cash at resturantes and had to press the call server twice to pay. it just blinked red up to notify him. to realize who's personal hard to get, but they seemed to have much help.

We sat immediately after check-in, but no one came on our table for a long time. When the server finally came by, we ordered everything to save some time. her service was very slow. others who sat after us had long been eating. it was busy and many workers were there. we had to wait for refills and she would tell us that she brought some of the seconds of Neverending orders before they arrived.

Hubby and I visited last night at this site in alabaster, al. wowwww! I was not a real fan of olive garden except the salat and moscato wein until last night! our waiter (does not remember his name, but remembered his smile) was an amazing young man who was so professional and friendly! he did a fantastic job! we were so happy with him! the foods and portions were incredible! eating was hot fresh and just as we ordered it! many thanks for this kind of experience that the customer service in these days almost does not exist! we're coming back!

Love olive garden, service was great. get the $5 to house meal, what a deal.

We had great service and such good food. We loved the soup and salad. It's always good and so very fresh.
