Mcdonald's - Alabaster

The absolute worst customer service price goes on.... that's true. McDonald's in Alabaster (besides the founder drift store) Waited in the car thru for a while, wasn't sure whether the white car in the menu took a long time or when it was the store because there were several cars in the line up to the window and the young man says only 13 dollars and something our total for 1 guys 4pc fluc happy meal, 1 Mocha frappe, 1 m My husband pays a card and we wait till a few minutes, then get up and wait... the white car leaves at the window, then it's our turn. I've never had the worst service, I've almost never had a fool in the public (working retail) but I have to say I have a few minutes... We're waiting for windows... Man opens windows and says... Sir, what did you tell him and the man with the broom... a mcdouble, cheerful meal... You go back to the screen. Then come to us my sons happy food far open... wouldn't fold the box, I guess. They go back to the screen.... come back and ask what have you... my husband answers again... they say 2 frappes and not only 1, we have no mocha would be caramel ok...safe...then they bring us the mcdouble and fry. We say we need the mkflurry or can we just change it and get a little bit more? He calls a lady up, she checks the screen and says it is not paid, then says something to the man in the first. Window, then we wait a minute and the man ooen8the window again and says $14.26 sir... my husband says we just paid him before you raise... you can show me your reception... Man digs for him and says I'm not sure he gave me one, but I just paid with my card... I told him to give us our money back that he didn't even know what we ordered after he asked 5 times, and now you said we didn't pay. Ma'am I don't need the attitude... (No, he doesn't..oh my ****) the lady comes over, says what the problem is... the man starts to tell her and she says well, I need you to give me your reception. I get my money and you can keep your food. My husband just leaves, so we're fighting a little... he says I should call and complain. I'll check my phone for debit transactions and BOOM! MCDONALD's $36.07! I found the receipt on the truck board and... I think we were charged for the white car job. $36.07 8:16 pm to 12/19/20. I'm just disgusted. Not only were we treated as we tried to steal, but we actually paid 3 times the amount for our food!

Ah. If I didn't have to eat for someone, I would have avoided this place. Too slow?

Tomorrow is the best time to get food from here, they are quick and right to give my food to me. Other times, however. On weekends, the service is a bit rushed, and it feels like they just throw things together and not really exactly with the order they put together. I've seen it several times.

It is convenient but more often than not the food does not meet the brand standard and service varies greatly with it lacking majority of the time.

It's McDonald's and everyone working was great. This was when the power was out and everyone was very nice. Great management ?
