Prime 93 - Akron

Maybe good place. Table in bar area, which was beautiful through window.. Entrance area and main dining room in bad need of updating. Wife had bruised chicken that was raw on the inside (very disappointing), my steak was good, but not steakhouse quality. Does not have the drive but many other top spots to go within the same ride at similar prices.

I have always loved Prime 93, but recently I noticed a slight change. There are now more tables in the bar dining area, leading to a lot of chair knocking. It was very distracting to have people constantly bumping into our chairs from behind. We even tried moving our table 6 inches, but the chair knocking persisted. They should either remove some of the additional tables from the bar area or reconfigure the layout. Our waitress was friendly, but the kitchen service was slow due to a large wedding reception in the banquet hall taking their resources. Management needs to step up their game! The food was still delicious, but they didn't have time to make the house snake for us like they usually do. This is the first time in 10 years that this has happened. What's going on?

For a quiet evening out. Upon arrival we were told that our reservation had not passed, although I showed the confirmation of the reservation. I asked a quiet table for two, and got a small table for two next to the live music on the bar side. The server was nice, polite and prompt. Another server delivered our food seconds after our salads came out, which was too salty. For the desert we had the cream brûlée, which was more soup than a kiss. Overall, I expected more for the price.

The environment was relaxin and we ended up staying around after dinner The food and service were absolutely on point I highly recommend
