Eating was delicious, as usual. the customer service was missing. there were casts that were opened before the load, but no one was with them. I saw several workers who were standing back where the meal times were put together in another row of registern. they stood there and talked with each other while we waited for someone to pick up our order. the influenced definitiw the overall feeling of being comfortable.
I quickly picked up where they can't pick up quickly. you have to go straight to the cash register. the whole point of online ordering and payment for dinge before the hand is to avoid the line. so the “fast” pick up must stand there and wait after all command before them when they have already ordered and paid for the dinge before, and the exact time that they would be there to pick it up “fast”. so if they order 10 people before them or 20. they don't save time by picking up quickly. or, they just have to plan to pick it up. secondly, I don't understand why there are many workers, but only one who works the biggest cashier. Third, I was quick to walk from the beginning to quickly pick up my food, in which I past a few when baking cashier while they tried to order their food. it is not my fault that the worker told them soon after a short passage that they had to stand at other cashiers where I was standing. I thought honestly they ordered bakery! it took me awhile to realize that I was given a posture by the workers at the bakery and the couple because they thought I was cut? I wanted the worker to tell them that I was there for a quick pick up. I was quickly ignored when I spoke until the worker from the baked goods realize that I was there for quick picking that he soon turned around with a completely changed attitude. Listen, I've been ordering hours ago and just wanted to pack my bag and go. it literally only takes two seconds and it is not my fault that they do not put the quick pick up on the fast pickup! even if I'll never go there, there's an idea. How about a sign to pick up only at one of the cassers so that the quick pickup can pick up their food quickly without headaches? that would be nice. I mean, they have already paid, ordered, and until they arrive - eating is just sitting there in bags for quick pickup.
Every time I come to this Panera it’s closed in the middle of the day. I remember one time I came, got food, and started a quiz and without any warning they announced they were closing the dining room in 5 minutes. There was no note on the door or anything or I wouldn’t have come in to begin with. Well today I decided to stop here and study on my way home and of course it’s closed again in the middle of the afternoon. It’s one thing if it happened every once in a while but this happens every single time I come to this specific Panera. I’ll stick with the one in Howe from now on.
Took my mother and grandson in for breakfast. The place was filthy. This is something I noticed after we got our food and were going to sit down. I ordered a banana for my grandson it was so green it was tough to open. When I told them I didn't want it I was told my options were either green or brown. They said they only use the brown ones in smoothies. I said I would take something else but since I had already paid when they gave it to me I was told it was too late. I washed the high chair and table with alcohol wipes before we could eat. This is the worst Panera's I have visited.
