Mid-east Cafe - Akron

The food is absolutely amazing! I?ve been here 3 times now and wasn?t disappointed at all ! I?ve had the halal chicken over rice with salad, absolutely amazing!! And Everytime we order from here we get the baba ghanoush for appetizer, two days ago we gotthe falafel and shrimp po boys and I was soooo satisfied after eating both. Stop ordering boring Chinese food and try somethingfrom Mid East , you won?t be disappointed! The guys who work here are awesome and super friendly and they apologize for longerwaits but the wait is worth the product! They gained 2 more customers!

Three of us dined last night at the Mid-East Cafe after a trip to the Zoo. We wanted someplace close and felt lucky we chose the cafe. Great waiter. Amazing food. We loved each appetzer... vegetables, humus and OH the beans. The entrees NYC Chicken andmixed fish were good. EXCELLENT. Really loved the rice pudding. We'll be back. Worth the drive from the Youngstown area.

Just went in tonight at opening and grabbed some baba ghanoush. Owner was friendly and happy to give me extra bread. Great food and the New York chicken salad is amazing! Will definitely recommend this spot to all of my friends!

One of the BEST damn lamb gyros I've had since visiting Greece. Gaaaaaaàatdamb good limb, great veg and dressing. This place knows what they are doing and I'll be back anytime I get that craving, absolutely nuts how good this place is and the prices aresuper reasonable, I'm a big fan and can't wait to try their other entrees. Delicious!

I've been here two times, and both times the service was great, and so was the food. The food is well priced, not overly expensive. Great people, great atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend and I will be back again.
