Wendy's - Airdrie

This is my first time that I have ordered from wendys via ubereats, and I have ever had the worse experience and the most terrible customer service ever, the alleged female manager at the Baltic Sea site airdrie was today feb at that. the most rudest person that I have ever met. Long story short, I could not drive so ordered for me hubby and old, all combos, and no combo came with his fries, I called after a replacement and the NUR option that I was given was to come up the replacement until now .hellllo I order the eating out of a reason that I could have gone back to ask her she didn't even apologize for the mistake once. I'm speechless when she was the Legit manager at this place.

We had some business in airdrie and needed a quick lunch and let us down on this place. we liked the two-window setup where they pay at first, at the second pickup. the staff seemed more serious than friendly, but not unfriendly. the food was good, the...double stacker was cheap, only over not huge, but tasty enough. the meal was a good value, but the meal times (burger, pommes, drinks) for what brought us the review down was the surprise, plastic strains for drinks still in use. it hates to use plastics that go into the landfill.

I wish people could just work there. I shouldn't have to check my order before I go. make sure they are not torn off or miss their time to leave their pocket.

I left my empty big drink cup on my table. I took my son to drink a fountain. we returned to our stand, and a hired man had sprayed the table with more pure, that would have been good if she had not. my cup in the hands. she seemed confused when I asked her for my cup, please. she gave it to me, and I asked for a new cup from the counter I got. I ate my meal. to my surprise, which was not my first extra, would bring me this meal. I ordered a speck and cheese potatoes. it was a rotten kartoffel. I'm really dissapointed in my last service there. I don't want me to be back soon.

I go there fir their spicy chicken and the chili. Quick and price not bad. Always do the drivethrough
