Bidrage med feedbackQuick service and great food. Always have a smile when I come in to get orders. This time it was for my breakfast
It's very slow and way overpriced. I went because of a gift card. Also, they use so much ice that you can fit a large coffee in a small cup, no ice. Needless to say I won't be back until they lower prices and speed up the process. Dunking Donuts is so much better and lower prices with great tasting products and coffee.
I come through here a good bit and usually don’t have any issues however the girl working the window this morning was very rude. Seemed like asking her to get me Splenda just ruined her whole day and then she says yep and literally DROPS them into my hand and turns away. I came through at 36 this morning 3/16/24
LONG POST ALERTI just got treated like **** 2 days in a row at this location! I feel like the employees were being prejudice. I’m in no way a prejudice person and I don’t like to be treated poorly or mistreated for no reason. I went through drive-thru the day before and ordered 2 drinks. I ordered Frappuccino’s with “no whip cream on the bottom.” I got to the window and there was no whip cream at all. I let the person at the window (tall white, older man with a ponytail know; I wanted the whip cream at the top, just not at the bottom. I described him because he didn’t have on a name tag. He seemed agitated, and roughly grabbed one of the drinks out of my hand and put whip on the top. I was thinking (wow did he just yank the drink out of my hand? When he reached for the 2nd drink it happened again! He brought the 2nd one back, sat it on the ledge and walked away. I pulled off, feeling a sense of tension, but I was not going to let him steal my joy! I tasted the drink and it tasted like ice chunks and watered down coffee. I immediately called to let them know I needed to return them, but I’d have to do so in the morning because I’m on my way to work.I went back this morning and went inside at 615am. I was the only customer on the inside. There were only 2 cars in drive-thru. There were 4 employees inside. One at the window, one in the back, one making drinks one just standing. I walked in with the 2 drinks the receipt. There was no acknowledgment. No “good morning,” or “be with you in a moment,” nothing! I started to feel like this wasn’t going to be a good interaction. I walked to the register and stood there for at least 30-40 seconds with the one employee watching me before she acknowledged me. She asked “do you need anything ma’am?” I thought, uhh yeah!I explained the reason I was returning the drinks and let her know I’d also like to speak with a manager to make a complaint about the employee the way he treated me the day before. She said “this is the manager right here.” The manager was making drinks, and never looked up. She said “hi.” I understand she was making drinks, but it takes a few seconds to look up and acknowledge someone. Management 101. I told them what happened the day before. The manager NEVER commented, she NEVER asked what the employee looked like, she NEVER apologized. The lady who asked me if I needed anything responded “oh ok, sorry about that.” I know that NOTHING will be done about the mistreatment the day before. But, at that time I began feeling like I was being treated poorly, yet again! While waiting for my 2nd drink to be remade a white lady walks in, a regular I surmised. The moment she walked in, all employees greeted her with smiles and good morning. The manager-who was the barista, did acknowledge this lady and let her know she’d have her drinks shortly. She didn’t even place an order. They knew what she her husband regularly orders. The manager had already made a drink for her husband (even though the lady didn’t order one for him and said he didn’t want one this morning . The manager said “aww I already made it!” The lady offered to pay for it anyway. The manager told her she didn’t have to pay.The manager walks over to the counter after finishing making my 2nd drink and sets it on the counter, slides it my way, says “here you go,” and walks away and continued her conversation with the lady who walked in. She never apologized for the day before or never said she’d speak with the person or anything! I’ve noticed that since being here for a month this isn’t a friendly town! I don’t know if any of what happened this morning was intentional, but if you treat a person like this naturally and without intent, then there’s a problem! It is sad when a person patronizes an establishment and is treated poorly for no reason at all! And, when trying to do the right thing by having the situation rectified the correct way and is treated poorly still, is INSANE! Cooperate for this location, please speak with your employees!
The specialty drinks are very good but the price is still crazy. Staff was okay. I wish Starbucks would not allow tipping of their employees and just pay them a good enough wage it's ridiculous to pay astronomical prices for a drink and then tip them.
