Mcdonald's - Aiken

Ordered through the drive through and got home about 5 miles away and did not have the complete order.Tried to call back to inform them and the phone rings a few times and then sounds like a fax machine.Cannot leave message and too far to drive back to get the rest of my order.Where is accountability???

The food was normal McDonald's flavor. The staff had no customer service skills at all. The were actually kind of rude. Also kind of slow for fast food.

Service was so so. Sandwich was terrible. Piece of chicken thrown on the roll with a couple of pickles stuck in the middle. No dressing. Now I know why I don't eat there very often .

I swear their lobby is always closed. They always mess up the order. And you always have to wait FOREVER for your food. I always have to pull up and wait for the other half of my order. It's not like I order anything difficult. A happy meal, cheese burgers, a McChicken, and a mocha frappe. Why is that so hard? The last happy meal I got didn't even have a toy in it.

Ordered inside, and waited almost 15 minutes for our food. Then it was barely warm. Had to ask three times to get some napkins. Nobody apologized for the wait.
