Fuse - Aiken

We had some friends visiting from out of town and we made a reservation at FUSE to take them to dinner. When we arrived, host was not polite or welcoming. He seemed like he didn't want to be there! Waitress was very nice, polite and did a great job for us! Several of us ordered the steak/cheese sandwich and it came with fries. Fries were old and tasted bad. None of us finished our sandwich....Very salty with little meat. One of us got the ribs. They were fair, but have had much better at other restaurants! When we left and going out of door, same host was there. He didn't say thank you for coming, hope you enjoyed your meal, please come back....didn't say anything! We will not be going back!

This place has improved over time. Seems like they've hit their sweet spot.

The food is incredible! The dishes blend their flavors well and the drinks are incredible. The atmosphere is nice and calm with beautiful tones, and the service is immaculate!

Absolutely love Fuse!! Would take a bullet for the Thai Strip and the Ramen is absolutely top tier. Excellent staff and a truly inspired menu. 10 stars!!
