Wendy's - Aiea

Love the baked potato and chili for a quick meal and also the chocolate frosty! The Aiea store is quick and the Pearl City, Puuloa is very busy but all the stores have very friendly service and employees.

For people who are reading this hopefully I'm an Wendy's employee and our Dining Room is temporarily closed due to short staff and/or workers. Just today 6/30/2022, 2:50PM. We are short to 4 workers working on a busy day. Expect slow orders. Thiswill continue until our boss, Jessica Adolfo hires more people. It'll be a slow process and I'm not sure when we'll open theDining Room again. Thank you for understanding.

The quality of food and service at this Wendy's is consistently good. I often use the drive-thru, which typically has a long line, so be ready for that.

I went through the drive-thru, placed my order, and picked up my food. After driving to my destination and opening what I expected to be a delicious burger, I was disappointed to find a spicy chicken sandwich instead, loaded with extra mayo, tomatoes, and lettuce. Unfortunately, it wasn't the Big Bacon Classic I had wanted—juicy, with no onions and extra pickles. I usually try to be understanding, but this wasn’t during peak lunch or dinner hours; there were only a few cars in line. So, I have to give this experience just one star for taking away the juicy burger I was really looking forward to. It’s frustrating enough that I don't even feel it's worth calling to complain. I can only imagine the person who ended up with my burger must be feeling the same confusion, expecting a spicy chicken with all those extra toppings. What a disappointing day all around.

I visited the Aiea location for the first time and was thoroughly disappointed. The food was unappetizing, with a flavor reminiscent of a fish tank. The hamburger was dry, and the fries were stale. Unfortunately, the meal made me feel sick afterward. I can't recommend this Wendy's.
