Some waiters are friendly and the food is average. Our waitress, upon confirming and repeating our order, ended up not bringing what we ordered. Beware that some waiters don’t speak English. I visited Seasons Oriental with my wife this week on a very hot day. I called ahead to ask if it was acceptable to wear tailored shorts and a formal shirt as I read on the website shorts were not acceptable. I was dismissively told that is was not acceptable to wear shorts despite the heat. I turned up in long pants (and a pile of sweat) only to see the restaurant usher in guest after guest in casual shorts. If you do decide to visit, DO NOT listen to what they write on their website or what they say if you call them on the phone. They WILL let everyone in wearing shorts. Seems they are out to make the experience uncomfortable for the few who want to follow their rules. Food was acceptable but we expected more from a high end restaurant.
