This location still serves the best fried chicken and biscuits. The servers are also very friendly and helpful. However, the minus star is for charging an additional 6% food tax on top of the already 6% Maryland tax. A lot of places are asking you if you want the receipt and sometimes I used to say no. Because it's just another piece of paper I thought to save from the environment. But I'm beginning to get it printed because I'm finding out that some places are charging additional taxes. Plus occasionally I give tips on them charging me these additional taxes. Be informed of what places are charging you if it matters to you.

Genuinely the food is fine, long wait times for blackened chicken orders. Rude staff. Attitude filled and I understand they cab be busy but getting snappy with a customers because they ask for a side order is quite concerning. Not to mention I 've gone through the drive-thru, simply asked for a side of pickles if possible, charged it as a Donation (whatever, I 'm past that now) but as I drove off they called me crazy ; nonetheless decent food, okay wait time just don 't come during a lunch rush if you want to be in out. Rude staff.

Popeyes is a great spot for some seriously tasty fried chicken, but be prepared to be a bit proactive when it comes to the staff. While the food is delicious, the staff may not be very attentive unless you specifically ask for their attention. That being said, once you do get the staff's attention, they are always friendly and eager to help. And the food is well worth any slight inconvenience when it comes to the service. The fried chicken is crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor, while the sides like the mashed potatoes and Cajun fries are equally delicious. Overall, if you're willing to take a slightly more proactive approach when it comes to the service, Popeyes is definitely worth a visit for some seriously delicious fried chicken. Just make sure to ask for help if you need it, and you'll be enjoying some seriously tasty comfort food in no time.

This is our go to location when I go into my second office. They've recently renovated the inside and it looks more modern/clean. I'm not sure why the tables that are permanently into the floor are so close together, but the dining area has never been near full when I've been. Staff is always really nice, and the food comes up fast. Bathrooms are located in a separate hallway near the entrance and were clean the last time I went. Always look for coupons to use in the app if you go because the regular prices at Popeye's are outrageous lately.

Don't order mobile order yall. If you want your food fast you're better off ordering in person. They act like it's killing them to make my order every time I order online. I'm still waiting and it's been almost 18 minutes and I'm watching other people just come and go. Just praying its hot and tastes like regular Popeyes at this point
