Can never get an order correct, can never be prompt with your order, always a hassle to get a simple latte.

Their price is high for everything except donuts and coffee but the donuts ? are so good it's worth it the service is usually great ?.Kid-friendliness: There are special donuts for kids plus drinks

Dunkin in North Adams Ma has the best service and the employees there work hard.

Placed a mobile order ahead of time then had to wait 20 minutes for our food. Just for half of it to be made wrong. Went back to this establishment to get it remade but no one came to assist us for 15 minutes. After we were approached we ended up just asking for a refund and took our business elsewhere.
