The owner seems to prioritize using local ingredients. However, the service was lacking attention to detail. The juice was fresh and served in upcycled marmalade jars. Prices were fair overall. The only reason for giving 3 stars is that while the restaurant understands veganism, the staff may not always be knowledgeable or attentive.
