Dunkin' - Accokeek

I love me some Dunkin, but this location isn’t the best spot. The coffee is always good but the donuts never taste fresh. Ordering through drive through is a little difficult because of language barrier with the employees not speaking fluent English too

Why can’t they repeat the order back to you before you pay like every other fast food place? You think you’re ordering one sandwich but they’re doing 2 because they don’t pay attention. By the time you’ve realized the error, you’ve already slid your card. Didn’t want to be late so said it would be fine. Guess I’m having the other one for lunch. Not happy. This used to be the best Dunkin but it has fallen off.

Extremely poor management at this location. If service to our community is not important to you, then neither is my business. Please do better. Our community deserves better.
