Great service, friendly and food was perfect and quick!

Went there today 6/12/2024 and a lady by the name Olivia helped my wife and I. Olivia gave her an attitude when she made a request about my food and began to argue. Also when brining our food out had an additude when giving us our food. She then started walking around like she owned the place and was very rude. When I thanked her for bringing us the food I asked for more bread sticks and her response was I guess and brought them to us. After thanking her for them she didn 't respond turned around and walked away like she was having a fit. I will keep coming to Fazolis because it is a childhood favorite but something needs to happen with Olivia.

I frequent this location with my family. I've been coming here for a long time, and have NEVER been treated this way by anyone that works here before. This girl Oliva fought and argued with me when I made a special request about something I was ordering. Then when bringing out the food, had an attitude. When asked for more free breadsticks I and my fiance got an attitude from her about that too. This girl needs written up or fired. That is not what I expected when coming here tonight.

Friendly service. I just do not like their red sauce. Other than that, the food was good.
