Had a great culinary experience here! more amazing place to celebrate every occasion with friends and family! the ambiente and eating is just delicious!

We went to Vascos for Friday brunch twice and not only is the atmosphere always great and the staff super friendly the food is also very good! I liked the fact that I as vegetarian could choose something from the menu that wasn't included in the Friday brunch menu.

Vasco’s is the award-winning beachside venue at Hilton Abu Dhabi. They reintroduced its classic dishes to the a la carte menu. Every Friday, Head Chef Manikandan Mahalingam takes you on a culinary journey inspired by the travel escapades of the Portuguese explorer, Vasco da Gama. They have really interesting palatable options, offering a varied selection of International Cuisine. Highlights of European, Indian some Asian inspired deletable dishes. It was a perfect combination of eastern western dishes! Located in Hilton Beach Club. The restaurant’s interior is inspired from the ocean blues with beachside spectacular views. We sat outside to enjoy the breezy weather. For food we ordered some of their signature dishes including the best sellers, starting off with peri peri gulf shrimps Dum ki Daal. Both were the star dishes for us. For mains, we had the lobster Ravioli, Tandoor Pizza, Vasco’s special chicken Tikka from the grill we ordered the Bultarra Lamb Skewer. For desserts, we had their decadent Vasco’s chocolate souffle and Apple Tarte Tatin. Everything was full of flavour, beautifully presented tasted absolutely delicious. We highly recommend this place for a lovely fine dinning evening with friends or family. The service was great, the ambiance was lovely the food was exceptional.

We were invited to dine-in at Hilton Abu Dhabi’s restaurant Vasco’s last week. This is one of those few restaurants we have heard immense in popularity since the time moved to the Capital on UAE. Hence we happily accepted this warm invite and decided to explore the place.

I come on a Friday the restaurant was almost empty ,it was hot inside as we thought AC is not working, the indoor decor need an improvement,it has nice sitting area outside ,so better to come in cool weather When it comes to the food I give them We order (chicken Makhani (vasco chicken Tekka it fresh ,hot ,delicious Indian taste service is good ,very friendly stuff There is Tax on bill
