ラーメン Zhuān Mén Diàn Xìng Tíng

The Tamana style is when they ask you "Would you like garlic?" at the beginning. They also ask if you want green onions, but I cannot imagine eating ramen without green onions. It has been inducted into a certain ramen magazine's hall of fame, so with such outstanding popularity, I imagine it must be difficult to continually refine the taste. I am silently cheering you on and hope you continue to do your best.

Food preferences vary from person to person. However, if you don't think the tonkotsu ramen here is delicious, then you probably shouldn't eat tonkotsu ramen at all. As a self-proclaimed ramen freak who has easily consumed 5000 bowls, I must say that the balance of flavors in the ramen here surpasses any other ramen I have tried.

After moving from Arao to Kikuchi a few years ago, I had been searching for delicious ramen. Based on reviews, I decided to try a ramen shop that was said to be similar to Tamana Ramen. As soon as I walked in, I could smell the familiar scent of a ramen shop. I ordered extra garlic chips and the ramen that came out was topped with similar toppings to Tamana Ramen, had thin noodles, and a light yet addictive pork bone soup. It was delicious and I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer.

スープは玉名ラーメンに似てて、麺は細麺でどちらかというと博多ラーメンに近い！ 菊池にも美味しいラーメン屋があるとは… 知らなかった スタッフの接客も最高でした。
