I don't know why this place doesn't have any reviews. I lived in Hakuba for two months in the summer and this is one of the best restaurants in the city. It is very traditional Japanese with authentic and amazing interior. Their tempura is delicious and the staff is very accommodating to vegetarian requests.

I enjoyed dining on authentic Japanese cuisine at a charming traditional restaurant. There were so many delicious options to choose from, all of which were flavorful. This establishment definitely deserves more recognition from Happy Cow, as they have gone above and beyond to cater to vegans.
