Dette er uden tvivl de bedste vinger, jeg nogensinde har haft. Dette er min yndlingsopskrift på vinger, de forbliver sprøde, selv efter de er dækket med buffalo-sauce.
Disse er ikke Buffalo, NY stil. Buffalo stil vinger er dybstegte, "nøgne." Ingen mel.
Jeg trak vingerne ud af panden, lod dem tørre i 3 minutter og dyppede dem derefter i den varme sauce. Så grillede jeg dem i 3-5 minutter på høj varme.
