I love this recipeI've been making it with 1 lb chicken, instead of lambAfter the first time making it with chicken, I found the cider vinegar flavor to be a bit too strong.
Lots of exposure to Indian food at our house but this was so spicy that we had to do a major intervention! Added a cup of peanut butter and some sugar.
