Lækkert!!!! Jeg havde fanget noget blåfinnet tun i de dybe farvande i Nigeria, jeg fulgte opskriften og tilsatte ingredienser..
Som andre har sagt, er dette en rigtig god marinade. Jeg marinerede også i alt 2 timer, 1 time og 30 minutter i køleskabet og yderligere 30 minutter på bordet, før jeg lagde det på grillen.
Jeg har lavet en variation af dette, men har aldrig tænkt på at tilsætte appelsinjuice og citron! Nice og lys. Jeg har brugt dette ikke kun på tunbøffer, men også på kylling.
