Jeg var lidt skeptisk over for dette, da opskriften har mel i sig. Jeg prøvede det alligevel. Jeg brugte mit hjemmelavede surdejsbrød til dette og rev lidt frisk muskatnød i dejen.
Jeg havde ansvaret for at fodre en menneskemængde på næsten 200 personer til morgenmad, og hovedretten var fransk toast.
Den eneste ændring, jeg foretog, var, at jeg tilsatte muskatnød, og jeg blandede alle de tørre ingredienser, før jeg kombinerede dem med de våde. Denne opskrift er perfekt som den er, den bedste franske toast, jeg nogensinde har lavet.
