hej chef tw, i weekend der gik lavede jeg også en zabaglione (selvom med marsala), denne var først varm og derefter kold, det var allerede cremet og voluminøst som det skulle være. Jeg lod dem stå i en time. Desværre havde noget marsala lagt sig på b...
