Havde ikke Jack- eller Fontina-ost, så jeg substituerede med Caiso- og Parmesan-ost. Fantastisk opskrift!
Dette var mine yndlings østers Rockefeller, jeg ændrede: brugte en 8 oz pakke ost til 24 østers med en pakke spinat, dryssede dem med bacon og parmesan, da de kom ud.
Fulgte opskriften nøjagtigt. Meget godt, men ikke det bedste, jeg har haft. Næste gang vil jeg tænke på at åbne østers levende i stedet for at lave mad i trin 1.
