What a great tasting risotto!! I used chicken stock instead of vegetable, and arborio rice, but everything else I went by the recipe.
I made the for the 1st time tonightIt was delicious and the hubby loved it!I added an extra clove of garlic and used chicken broth as I didn't have vegetable broth.
It was good, but as with any risotto, my shoulder hurts from constantly stirring for 30 minutesRice is somewhat gummy in textureI don't know if that means I over cooked it.
