Kødbollerne fik ros fra mine gæster. Jeg havde nogle tvivl, fordi de ikke blev brune i ovnen uden 10 ekstra minutter, og jeg var bange for, at de ville være tørre.
Alle elskede dem. De tilføjede også meget smag til saucen. Jeg lavede det som beskrevet, og de blev perfekte.
Jeg tænkte ikke, at det havde nok smag. Jeg ville bruge flere friske urter, ville bestemt ikke bruge italienske krydderier.
