Jeg brugte tofu i stedet for rejer. Børnene kunne også lide det.
Jeg ville sandsynligvis give denne opskrift 4 stjerner, som den er skrevet, fordi jeg synes, at 1/2 kop olie var for meget, men ved at reducere olien til 1/4 kop eller måske endda 1/8 kop (og justere, hvis der er brug for lidt mere)
