Dette er lækkert lige som det er skrevet. Jeg lavede det, men havde ikke grøn peber, så jeg udelod det, men det var stadig fremragende. Jeg lavede det til selskab, så jeg beholdt opskriften som skrevet.
Jeg brugte hakket kalkun i stedet for hakket oksekød. Jeg tilsatte lidt brun sukker for at reducere syren fra tomaterne. Jeg tilsatte også svampe og oliven.
Tilføjede 2 hakkede thailandske chilipebre, 1/4 kop rødvin og 1 spiseskefuld brun sukker. Vi kunne virkelig lide det og vil lave det igen.
