Det bedste og unikke ved denne opskrift er at tilsætte parmesanost til dressingen. Som altid brugte jeg citronsaft i stedet for eddike.
Lavede det til en BBQ. Marinerede rødløg, agurk, sorte oliven og rød peber i den cremede dressing. Som andre foreslog, brugte jeg cirka halvdelen af olien og tilsatte et skud eller to vand.
Salaten var fantastisk. Jeg tilføjede en gul peber.
